Property Maintenance Management

We have a group of elite Property Maintenance professionals and companies whom we use with our Councils' approval. We closely monitor this group for performance, reliability and affordability, and from time to time, need to replace our contractors, if they do not meet our strict criteria. On the other hand, we are also very happy to utilise our Councils' preferred contractors, if that is their choice.

​​​​We keep a register of all maintenance matters,

from globe replacements to roof replacements to insurance claims and everything in between, and utilising our excellent systems and procedures, follow each issue closely until a successful conclusion is reached.
