Financial Management
Strata Focus prepares and provides to all Owners, an annual Financial Report which includes an Income & Expenditure Report and Balance Sheet in accordance with industry best practice expectations. We use a dedicated strata accounting software package provided by a reputable software company, and used by many other respected strata management companies in Western Australia.
We forward quarterly financial reports to the Council of Owners for each Strata Company, and additional reports to individual Owners at their request, for a nominal fee.
Every Strata Company has its own dedicated Bank Account which is linked to our strata accounting software. This enables quick and accurate accounting and reporting. We also offer various methods for payment of levies, ensuring that all of our clients can find a method that suits them.
